Skilled Nursing Services At both locations your rehabilitation will be led by a team of talented
professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses,
dietitian, therapists, and social worker. Daily social activities offer
residents the opportunity to enjoy the company of others, including a
host of wonderful volunteers, to engage in stimulating events to keep
mentally and physically active, including social, recreational and
spiritual programs. Our Skilled Nursing, Wellness and Therapy programs at both campuses are designed to maximize residents’ functional independence and return them to their homes. Ideal for seniors who require more than home healthcare, but no longer need a hospital stay. You do not have to be retired military or a resident of Air Force Village to qualify for our services.
